The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and responding to emergency maintenance requests.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and systems.
Inspect and diagnose equipment and systems for proper operation.
Install, replace, and repair parts as needed.
Test equipment and systems for proper operation.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
