Accounts Payable Responsible for processing incoming mail in the Accounts Payable email box and saving documents to specified file locations.
Electronically attach vendor invoices to purchase orders.
Track AP invoices to be posted through Excel Maintain tracking of invoices that have not been posted.
Assist with new vendor setups Freight and duties invoicing Weekly processing of FedEx and UPS Work closely with procurement on invoice discrepancies and receipts not posted in the ERP system Research information from shipping reports and prepare weekly freight invoice for posting Provide copies of invoices for internal team members as needed.
Assist with vendor payment inquiries Provide weekly remittance information to vendors Special projects as needed Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Accounting Supervisor Training, Knowledge and Experience (May Be Required or Preferred, at the discretion of the hiring team) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to learn and work within the organization's ERP systems.
Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
