-- The responsibilities are to support GM's operating the business and cooperating with other staff for teamwork.
- Oversee and Participate in daily restaurant operations by following Rodizio Grill Standards and Franchisee Agreement.
- Participate in guest interaction to deliver the best guest service and hospitality:
Table service, table visits, guest needs, and guest recovery.
- Manage FOH employee:
staff needs, meetings, assist hiring, training, side-work follow up, uniform & grooming standard, and Rodizio Grill service standards.
- Restaurant Sales:
Assist and Perform weekly contests and training for upselling - Operate Restaurant POS system and all its functionality - Training:
Coordinate Training with Supervisor or each leaders.
Make sure all training materials are up to date, and all new hires are given full training pack.
- Coordinate and Perform FOH schedule according to business needs and demand.
- Oversee BOH schedule according to business needs and demand.
- Cooperate and perform Food & Liquor Inventory.
- Oversee and perform proper food storage:
Regularly check coolers, freezer and dry storage for proper storage.
- Coordinate Salad Bar Temperature Log with KM.
- Follow proper Salad Bar Layout and standards.
- Oversee daily Kitchen operation:
Recipes, staffing, side-work and ordering supplies.
- Follow proper Cleaning and Sanitation standards.
-Daily Kitchen and Bar walk-through based on Health Department metrics, fix any crucial mistakes if necessary.
- Maintenance:
Cooperate to make sure all restaurant equipment and furniture are working properly.
Check all coolers regularly.
- Cash Handling:
Perform daily cash operations and reporting.
- Keep track and organize all employee files.
Make sure all employment files are up to date.
- Restaurant appearance:
Keep restaurant always clean and organized.
Check for lights, walls, chairs, tables, doors, bathrooms, booths, floors, outside area and all FOH equipment.
- ABC Cards:
Keep track of all employees' ABC cards.
- Follow TN proper alcohol serving guidelines.
- Restaurant Improvement:
Always search for new ideas and trends to improve restaurant operation.
Requirement :
- Available working hours during the weekend and Holiday.
- 48-53 hours a week.
- Have a Future vision to become a GM in one of the businesses under the same ownership.
Strongly Preference - Speaking fluent Portuguese or fully understand about Brazilian culture.
