Position Overview:
Assemble a quality sample deckboard/ sample board free of manufacturing defects.
Responsibilities:
Position may require working at different stages of assembly according to production needs.
Properly align correct plastic tray onto binder board and rivet tray to board.
Place the swatches in position as the empty binder/board is conveyed through the work station.
Inspect work. Look for correct swatch alignment, under/over-sized swatch cutting, obvious
material defects, etc.
When not performing above duties, may be required to set up line for next production
Position Requirements:
Manufacturing experience preferred.
