Surgical Services Educator

The Operating Room Educator plans, directs, and coordinates all orientation and educational activities in the surgical services department; provides clinical direction to new employees and provides support to the Surgical Services Management Staff. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient being served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development and assess data reflective of the patients current status in relation to their age specific needs. Must demonstrate knowledge of data collection, analysis, and preparation. with attention to Inpatient and Outpatient SCIPS data as well as knowledge of Nursing Practice Safety Goals, Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infection, Stroke, and Orthopedic Total Joint reporting
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Bachelors Degree in Nursing, CNOR
Licensure: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia
Experience: A minimum of five years of surgical experience, leadership and research qualities. One year of teaching experience preferred. BCLS Instructor

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
