Coater Operator
JOB DUTIES:
1) Sew the rugs together straight so that they can continuously feed through the coater.
2) Adjust the latex to the speed to make sure you have the proper ounces of latex.
3) Monitor heat and line speeds.
4) Put latex backing on the back of the rugs.
5) Shear rugs.
6) Cut rugs in individual size rugs
7) Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervision.
8) Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Must have 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must pass Drug Screen and Criminal Background Screening
Pay $8/hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
